New job is amazing. Everybody is cool, the food is good. It’s all organized. The recipe book is legible. It’s well lit and there’s not a ton of water on the floor all the time. There’s hear lamps so my food doesn’t die and the servers pick up quick. I think I’ll be ok.
I start training at my new job tomorrow.
I’m not really worried about the cooking.
But it’s like going to a new school or something, like where do I clock in? Where should I keep my knives so they’re not in the way? What kind if music can I get away with playing? These are the things I’m thinking about.
I guess that’s better than stressing about a new menu.
